Oven baked with love from her grandfather's recipe, this simple, delicious & traditional bread is a vehicle for more than just butter and jam.
Jillian started baking bannock during the (first!) summer of Covid, as a way to raise funds for local non-profits and is still to this day donating all of her profits to local Indigenous organizations...for August & September 2021, those dollars are going to Team 700 BC, an Indigenous youth boxing team which recently lost their funding and are seeking funds so that the program can continue to support its members! Every dollar that you spend on bannock here at Seb's goes directly back to Jillian and she redistributes those funds to charity on her end.
Jillian bakes her bannock fresh every other Wednesday and the cut-off for orders is the previous Monday. If you order bannock as well as other items (I highly recommend Jillian's own jam, Luv the Grub Chutneys and Hives For Humanity Honey slathered all over this!), your order will be delivered on the bannock delivery day. If this doesn't work for you, please leave a note at checkout and I'll be happy to make multiple deliveries!
